You can set up a percentage in each of your sections to verify the accuracy of your estimate before you present it to your client
For example, let’s say Site Prep is normally 5% of the budget for your projects. When you create an estimate, you can confirm that the Site Prep is approximately 5%. If it is NOT you can check for an error
If you have projects, like bath or kitchen remodels, that you do regularly you can create templates for those projects
